So you are getting hitch in a few more months and you already spotted that gown that you have always dreamt of wearing on your big day but then you know you won’t look good in it. Well, it means it’s time to do something about it!

1. Eat Healthy, Bye Belly

Start with a well-balanced diet and make sure you follow it to achieve a healthy looking body. One can consume food that contains fiber to avoid constipation which causes the stomach to bloat. However, too much of fiber will cause the tummy to bulge a little which is not very ideal too. Hence, it is important to consume all varieties of food in a healthy and balanced manner.

2. Cardio with The Radio

It has been proven that if you speed up during workout intervals, fats in the abdomen will decrease. For example, in your 45 minutes cardio routine, add speed every 10-60 seconds which you will enter a phase known as HIIT (high intensity interval training) which is the principle of training at a maximum speed with short resting periods. To help motivate your cardio session, listen to some upbeat songs that will surely help you speed up and burn those fats!

3. No Complaining for Strength Training

Cardio cannot do the magic alone and needs strength training to go with it for a fit body. Cardio burns the fat and strength training makes sure all those loose saggy parts of your body disappear giving it a firm and nice silhouette. By doing planking, you will train your abdomen muscles to withstand the force hence sculpting a fit body. Plank presses are good for the arms especially when done with the aid of dumbbells. Of course, doing different strength training for different parts of the body is important to ensure your overall look is fit and balanced.

It’s never too late to start eating healthy or incorporating a workout in your daily life to achieve your goal to get the ultimate body or simply to look good in your wedding dress. Do not give up to easily and like they always say, when there is a will, there is a way! Motivate and encourage yourself by telling yourself that all of this hard work will pay off.
