It’s one of those dreaded days for BIG BANG fans all around the world – Taeyang is officially off the market. After four years of courtship, BIG BANG’s Taeyang finally married singer, model and actress Min Hyo Rin at a church in Gyeonggi Province, Seoul. This private affair was attended by many big-name celebrities, including his bandmates Seungri, T.O.P., G-dragon, and Daesung. The wedding was officiated by actor Ki Tae Young, while YG artist Zion T. sang them down the aisle.
The couple then had a reception at Paradise City Hotel in Incheon, with a magical Twilight-inspired forest themed wedding. This magical scene was reportedly created by Youngsong Martin, who was responsible for the creation of the wedding backdrop for the marriage scene in the Twilight series.

Taeyang looked smart and absolutely dashing in his suit, whilst his new bride looked ethereal with her white dress designed by Suzan Lee. During the reception, Taeyang and Min Hyo Rin had a romantic dance to the Bruno Mars hit “Versace on the Floor”. Former 2NE1 member CL and Seungri also sang congratulatory songs to the couple during the reception. Here are some pictures from that magical evening.

The couple first met in 2014, when Min Hyo Rin featured in Taeyang’s 1AM music video. The duo hit it off and confirmed their relationship with one another in 2015. They then announced their wedding in December of 2017. Taeyang is set to enlist in the military later this year.
